Maksimchuk Anatoliy Petrovich was born in November 1976 in Zhitomir.
In 1983 entered the secondary school in Zhitomir.
In 1987 began studying painting in Art school. His teacher was V. Shkurinskiy.
1994 — 1999 was studying in Dneporoptrovsk State Art College.
In 1999 entered the National Academy of Fine Art and Architecture.
Nowadays Anatoliy studies in Studio of Monumental painting of professor Nikolay Andreevich Storozhenko.
